CA Affiliate Challenge

Terms & Conditions UK or France or Spain or Germany:

1. Entry to the challenge implies acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions.

2. All existing and new CA affiliate partners from the following Networks: oneNetworkDirect, Zanox Germany, Buy.At, WebGains, and Zanox UK can participate in the challenge. Affiliate partners from all countries may participate in the challenge, however only UK, Germany, France and Spain sales will count and be recorded and therefore rewarded. This is a CA UK, Germany, France and Spain challenge only.

3. The Challenge will start on Monday 4 th June, 2007 at 00h01 and will end on Sunday 5 th August, 2007 at 23h59. Sales generated prior to and after this period will not count and will not be retained.

4. Results will be communicated to the winners on Monday 20 th August 2007 via phone call and email confirmation by the affiliate network.

5. Current counting conditions and commission payments on CA programs for the following networks, oneNetworkDirect, Zanox Germany, Buy.At, WebGains, and Zanox UK, stay identical and also apply to the CA UK, Germany, France and Spain challenge.

6. The three affiliate partners with the highest total sales amount on CA products at the end of the challenge period will be declared winners; but subject to such affiliate partners having made at least five sales. Two partners with the same total sales amount earned would be separated by the percentage of sales progression from May 2007 to August 2007.

7. The three winning affiliate partners will be rewarded with the following monetary prize: 500 Euros for the affiliate partner with the highest total sales amount, 200 Euros for the affiliate partner with the second highest total sales amount, and 100 Euros for the affiliate partner with the third highest total sales amount.

8. CA reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions and to suspend or terminate the promotion at any time and for any reason, without prior notice. CA makes no commitment to update information contained herein.

9. CA will decide on the winners of the promotion and its decision will be final and legally binding. Final prize is at CA’s sole discretion. CA will not enter into correspondence regarding the terms of the promotion.

10. The awarded monetary prizes could be subject to local taxes which will be paid by the winners.

11. The contest shall be governed by the laws of UK or France or Spain or Germany.
