Return for refund for fully functioning product:
The
customer is entitled to return the product (for any reason) for refund
within 7 calendar days after receipt of the product. He / she will be
refunded the price of the product and VAT. Shipping costs will not be
refunded. As Canon is not liable for products in transit, it is highly
recommended that products be shipped via an insured shipping method.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
The customer needs to contact the Customer Service, before returning the product, as a return number needs to be assigned.
Return for faulty or incomplete product or repair:
If you receive a faulty or incomplete item, please contact us immediately,
and we will arrange for a pick-up and refund. Pick-ups will be made
between 8:30am and 5pm Monday-Friday so please provide an address where
we can pick-up during these hours. Refunds will only be issued once the
product has been received back at the warehouse, and therefore the
whole refund process can take approximately 10 business days. We will
not be able to reship but will be happy to share availability of the
items in stock. If the item is available, you can bid again and may be

In the unlikely event of your product developing a fault, please ring
our helpdesk on 084 436 90100 (opening hours 9am - 5.30 pm Monday to
Friday). Alternatively send your product to one of the authorised
repairers listed here: Canon repair centres.
With every refurbished product you purchase on Canon eBay UK, you
will be given a 1 year warranty policy. This will allow you to get your
product repaired free of charge should something be faulty with it. For
